Terms & Agreements

By creating a member account on The Noir Atlas — whether free or paid — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all individuals who register as members regardless of membership tier.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a member account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. The Noir Atlas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

The Noir Atlas offers four membership tiers: Roots (free), Rise, Reign, and Legacy. Each tier unlocks access to specific deal categories and member benefits as described on the platform at the time of purchase.

Paid memberships are available as one-time packs or recurring monthly subscriptions. Subscription tiers will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Access to tier-specific deals is contingent on maintaining an active paid membership.

Deals listed on the platform are offered solely by participating businesses and are subject to the business's own terms, availability, and restrictions. The Noir Atlas does not guarantee the availability or quality of any deal. Members are responsible for reading all deal conditions before redemption. Deals are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Deal redemption slots are limited per membership tier. Unused slots do not carry over between billing periods. The platform tracks redemptions digitally and businesses are notified upon each valid redemption.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your tier benefits through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly subscriptions.

One-time packs are non-refundable once purchased and deal slots have been issued. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@thenoiratlas.com within 7 days of the transaction.

Members may not:

• Attempt to redeem deals to which their current tier does not provide access
• Share, transfer, or sell their account credentials or deal redemptions
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or defame any business, artist, or other member
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest platform content or data
• Attempt to circumvent any platform security, access controls, or technical measures

Violations may result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

The Noir Atlas acts as a directory and membership platform connecting members with Black-owned businesses and artists. We are not a party to any transaction between members and third-party participants. AVCLLC26 shall not be held liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions with businesses or artists discovered through the platform.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

The Noir Atlas reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The Noir Atlas provides an event management system that allows businesses and artists to host events, sell tickets, manage booths and vendor spots, and collaborate with other participants. Event hosts and participants are bound by role-specific terms governing participant lock periods, deal lock periods, ticket gifting, and age-restricted events.
